Dr. Writt

Dr. Shannon Writt grew up in Carol Stream, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iowa State University, with a minor in Military Sciences. She was commissioned as an officer in the Iowa Army National Guard. After getting out of the Army, she moved to Southern California and completed her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences.

Dr. Writt’s professional interests include preventative care, alternative medicine, dentistry, and geriatric care.

When she is not working, Dr. Writt enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is married and has three fur babies. She has a dog, Reggie, and two cats, Halloween and Walter. She enjoys hiking and kayaking with Reggie and finding new restaurants with her wife.
